Urban Planners made the blueprint of
Festeron for the
Evil One. In this
four part document, James constructed the town as it existed before 6
p.m. in blue, while the brilliantly wicked changes that she planned to
wreak at 6 p.m. were indicated in black. This project included the
building of the Evil One's evil Tower on the site of the
Post Office at
her command. He informed her that he was at her disposal should she
desire future changes when she claimed the
Magick Stone.
