Weaseldorf Foom, a tall and lean man with a hungry, wolfish look
about him, was at one time an emissary for
Mayor Spildo of
Galepath.
Foom was the one who brought news of
Zarfil's 398
GUE rally to the
mayor, and was commissioned to personally coordinate a search for the spies that Zarfil claimed were in Galepath.
