PHINEAS T. FESTER

Phineas T. Fester was the founding father of the island nation of Festeron. A statue of him dressed in a fancy military uniform was built as a heroic commemoration, above the gushing fountain in Festeron Circle (also known as the rotary). It is uncertain what is the relationship between him and Hortense.

It is of minor note that during the curse of Witchville, this statue was replaced with one of Gladys in a granny dress, holding both of her fists aloft in triumph, while the fountain poured forth a darker, heavier liquid, like industrial sludge.
