TIRESIAS
Once one of the greatest of the soothsayers, this tall, burly,
curly-haired man was stricken stightless because, pruely by accident,
he happened upon the beautiful
pseudo-goddess Athena in her bath.
Athena took away his physical sight, but tried to make things better
for the innocent man by giving the gift of seeing the future. Upon his
death, he was sentenced to eternity in
Hades.
It was Tiresias who revealed to
Glorian of the Knowledge that
Mirakles
of the Elastic Tendon could be found on the
Plain of Endless Conflict
and that
Charon required an
obolus from each of them to cross the
Acheron.
