WALTER LINGOLF

The Old Lingolf House, once the home of renowned miser Walter Lingolf, has never been in anything other than a state of disrepair. With his iron-clad wallet protected by hellhounds, Lingolf designed the home to already have boarded up windows and only half a roof to save on glass and labor costs. Since his passing the condition of the house has slightly improved, with newly built birds' nests providing some cover and insulation. It is said that sometimes, in the dead of night, Lingolf's ghost will appear and loudly complain about how much his descendants are wasting on food, water, and shelter these days.
