Enchanters Broadcasting System. If the messages were for testing
purposes only, an annoying tone would sound.
One of the most
perilous messages was broadcasted by
Belboz in 966 GUE after the fall
of magic, in which he told which three magical artifacts were needed
for magic to return to
Zork.
