ZGI teaser trailer

two things of interest i found on the activision published game Twinsen's Oddessy. include in the autoplay are prevews of upcoming games. ZGI is one of them but... what is with the box art?

Wow, something I've never seen. Thanks for uploading!  I think I prefer the box art they used. I like the white house on the front, but the final design is less cluttered.

The commercial is ok. As one who prefers the text it doesn't work for me, but it is a good ad for almost everyone else. lol.

It makes me a bit sad that the 'Magic Wars' never had a middle or end.

i have another video to upload but am having trouble on how to do it
the video is a good length video of the cancelled game planetfall

the video is an ms-dos file and needs the zork anthology cd to be
in the cd drive for it to play
any ideas on how to get it off?

btw what do you think the sea on the box represents in the game?

No idea on the file... as for the sea? I take it you mean the red portion of the screen? Perhaps it was the river styx? or sunset by Port Foozle?

The 'sea' is the river Styx in Hades. When I blow it way up I can see the phone.

I wish I could help with the file. I have seen people rip video footage from other games, but I have never done it myself.

Do you mean the Zork Anthology that included Nemesis & RTZ? I know I have the Antholgy with RTZ only, but I can't remember any mention of Planetfall.

The anthology was the pack with all the text games, it was boxed with RTZ's box when i bought my copy back in the day.

Same here.  Mine came with Return to Zork, which was great, because my previous copy was included with a CD-ROM and lacked a lot, like the Encyclopedia.  It was also my first exposure to the Text games.  RTZ was my first exposure to Zork at the age of 10, and the text adventures kept me hooked for life.
