Torg was Deputy Mayor of the village of Finbar in Oracle 947 GUE, after Mayor D.U. Marble-Froz was found dead in his bath after an unsucessful attempt to banish ghost and spirits. He ordered a complete evacuation of the village of Finbar in response, saying that “those of us that can make it north into the realms of Syovar might be able to find safety. I urge all of you that can afford to do so to travel to the border before Syovar’s edict takes effect.”
