STAN

Stan was the main announcer for both WFES and WTCH radio stations. He frequently communicated two-ways via a magic radio commonly in the hands of the current Festeron postman. Regardless if the radio was switched off, he had the means to switch it back on. It must be admitted, that it is still unknown if Stan was an actual person, or a personality of the radio.
