SERPENT'S BACK
Known at the "party-place of
Borphee," the Serpent's Back is a
collection of lewd bars (including the infamous
Blue Whale), restaurants,
gambling houses and brothels just beside the warehouse district. All of
the fishermen, dock workers, and sailors frequent here.
