MURRAY'S LIMBO BOOKSTORE

Murray's Limbo Bookstore, on the corner of Capital Avenue and Main Street in Borphee, advertized as having thousands of used paperbacks and hardcovers in stock, including used textbooks in all subjects. A frequent motto of the store was, "How LOW Can You Go?", because at Murray's the prices were always in limbo; Murray loved to bargain. His customers were told to make him an offer and see how low he would go.

During the time of the Lurking Horror, Murray's was open from Mud Day through Star Day, 9:00am to 9:00pm. He also had an advertizement in "G.U.E. At a Glance," a guide for G.U.E. Tech freshmen.
