STEVE MERETZKY

Steve Meretzky is one of the four most powerful Implementors, and extremely well-loved by the populous. A legend tells that he was a mysterious mage who is said to live in the lands beyond the borders of the world, known as the Bearded Oracle of Yonkers. It was later discovered that Steve Meretzky is one of the Implementors.
