The Grayslopes are known as the Great Underground Empire's Winter Wonderland, located in the Gray Mountains province just off the eastern branch of the Great Underground Highway. Known to be the largest ski resort in the G.U.E., Grayslopes features both downhill and cross-country skiing both aboveground and underground, including within giant icicle filled-caverns. This ultimate ski experience has 22 wildly different trails to choose from classified into three levels of difficulty (easy, difficult, impossible). Serviced by eight ski lifts, there is virtually no waiting. Grayslopes also features more than 60 bloits of beautiful cross-country ski trails, four toboggan slopes, full-size and half-size furbish courts and three tremendous ice-skating rinks.

Their top-of-the-line Frobozz Magic Snow Maker guarantees the finest powder for skiing pleasure, even when the temperature soars above 57 degrees Q. Even their unique Frotzed Snow(TR) offers the rare opportunity for evening skiing. Whizzing down the softly glowing trails is an experience one will never forget.

For those who worry about the impossible slops, the first aid medics are equipped with the most up-to-date bone-setting spells. Lodging is available at both the Grayslopes' very own Frost Bite, as well as the Ski Pole Inn, only five minutes away.


HISTORY OF GRAYSLOPES
During the Great Monster Uprising, sometime during the Second Age of Magic, Grayslopes fell on hard times. The famous ski resort closed its slopes after several professional skiers were devoured by trolls.
