GEDERAGLINI
One of the more ancient of the reed instruments, the gederaglini horn sounds its strange, hollow timbre as two
players blow air through its central gourd from either end at once, varying pitch as they cover and
uncover the horn's many apertures. The gederaglini is sometimes
referred to as the "lover's horn," and is ceremoniously played by two
lovers at once at most
Zork weddings.
In the
Z'Orchestra, the gederaglini finds home between the
wertmezers
on the left and the
frobophones on the right. The
nambinos are before
it.
