Frobozz Magic Teleportation Stations, located through the Great Underground Empire, were a highly effective method for avoiding the tedium of navigation, said to be one of the fastest ways to get around in the underground.
By placing a magic map in the wide, horizontal slot, an overhead view of the area currently occupied appeared on screen. The left or right arrow was used to select the location, followed by pressing the glowing circle on the screen to be magically dematerialized and teleported to the corresponding station in the selected location. Teleportation destinations would only appear on the map if it had been previously placed and marked in the corresponding location's station.
