BORPHEE ENGINEERING INSTITUTE

The Borphee Engineering Institute is one of the many schools in Borphee. During the construction of the Great Underground Highway (c. 668), a bunch of minor enchanters affiliating with this institute made up the Frobozz Magic Tunneling Company.
