 Implementor Cecilia Barajas |
Cecilia Barajas is one of the Implementors. Her book, "Alchemy of Pure Love" was published by Vast Wasteland Press in 875 GUE. It is speculated that she may have been the founder of the publishing company Barajas Books.
Circulating rumors have insisted that Cecilia Barajas at one time took upon herself a fleshly form and became appointed as Miss Frobuary. It cannot be proven if she disguised herself as the image of the woman who was Miss Frobuary, or was in fact Miss Frobuary herself, or both.
She was also likely to have been involved in The Battle of Cecilia.
