Hello, GF here,

Back in november I posted a message telling of a story I was writing that I put online. Since then, I have had only two responses.

I don't mean to whinge about it, but it seems a shame to write 4000 words for a story no-one ever reads.

If you're too busy to read it, I don't mean to offend.

If its any consolation it looks interesting and I read a little of it, but I am not a reader at all. I very much dislike reading books etc. So its nothing personal that I haven't read it.

Have you considered putting it up on fanfiction.net?  You might get a lot more readers.  I'm not sure how active the video game based fic sections are, but I know that the Les Miserables section is pretty active.

You could even be the first to start up a Zork section on that website!

Point taken DataAngel, thats a fair enough point.

Others, sadly, I've put the next chapters on hold for the moment, mainly due to lack of interest. Once again though, Dr Paul and Fantine, your complements and encouragement are inspiring, and perhaps I'll write some more sometime soon.

There is another 400 words or so that I've not put online, but I'll wait til I've finished the chapter before uploading them.
