Anybody know how to work the glacier room puzzle in the original mainframe Zork ("Dungeon")? Unlike Zork II, there isn't a handy dragon to do it for you in the original mainframe version.
Incidentally, if anybody needs help making the Linux version launchable from the Gnome desktop, I've come up with some shell scripts that will do it, which I'll gladly share.
Anybody know how to work the glacier room . . .

While the original mainframe Zork doesn't have InvisiClues, it does have something else that, despite rigorous obfuscation, can yield a few hints: the source code.
Based upon analysis of the source code, I've managed to answer my own questions, and I am now pleased to present
InvisiDifferences,
a hints page for people who know the Zork Trilogy, but can't seem to make it through the original.
