Dose anybody know why in RTZ the entrance to the underground is in booze millers house and he seems not to notice it. And how the vultures traval to and from the under ground. I know I am being picky about this and that RTZ is known for inconsistanseas-pardon my horid spelling.
has anyone else noted these or other strange things?

Well, concerning Booz and the entrance to the Underground, it is my belief that, do to the location of FCD#3, the entrance was there before the house/mill, and that it got built right on top of the entrance. When Booz bought/got the house, the key to the underground was given to him along with the house key.
And concerning vultures, either they have found holes above ground, or Morpheus lets them through.
Keep in mind, these are just guesses and as far as I know, nothing official has been said concerning these.
