Another zorkmid sold on eBay. Price keeps rising!

Post by brian0918 »

The latest zorkmid coin sold on eBay went for a whopping $105, compared to the usual $50-$60 for previous ones. Quite a return from metal that only costs about 40 cents per pound (the coin weighs far less than a pound).

And to think I used to think $20 was expensive a year ago.

you never know. Being an eBay user for 5 years, and looking into Zork auctions every now and then, I haven't seen many at all, there is a very good reason they are selling that high, its because they're becoming rarer and rarer as years pass, that's without counting those that have become lost, tossed out in the trash, burned in fires, sold in yard sales and flea markets (without knowing the real value or them), you must check in eBay often thou.  I myself can't afford one anyway :(
